2019: Day 4 Ride Video – Odako Anidi Village

The 2019 day 4 and ride is officially completed! This has been a ride of extremes, but most importantly a ride with a purpose. As the team battled up Mt. Evans 14,000+ ft. summit only one W4W rider made it to the top. Day 4 was an emotional one, but we focused on the village we were riding for.

The Wheels 4 Water team biked for Odako Anidi Village today and for families like Aberash’s. Aberash Tonsisa and her husband are raising three children, all under the age of seven. Two times before the sun goes down, she travels to the natural spring near her village to gather water for drinking, washing, and cooking. It is badly contaminated, with dirt, insects, and feces washed from the forest into the water. But, without it, they would not survive.

With your help we are going to help change this reality for Aberash and her village, along with six other villages!!! For more on her story read here: https://wheels4water.org/2019-day-4-riding-for-odako-anidi-village/
